摘要
目的:探讨对维持性血液透析患者进行内瘘穿刺时,减少其渗血的穿刺技巧以及出现渗血时需要使用的护理方法。方法:收治进行维持性血液透析的患者52例,对减少维持性血液透析患者渗血的穿刺技巧以及出现渗血时需要使用的护理方法进行分析。结果:患者出现轻微渗血12例,经过处理后均有效止血。在内瘘穿刺过程中使用科学合理的穿刺技巧可以有效减少穿刺过程中的渗血,当出现渗血时采取针对性的护理措施也可以阻止渗血。结论:对维持性血液透析患者进行内瘘穿刺时,必要的穿刺技巧以及渗血护理极为重要,它影响着整个穿刺治疗的质量。
Objective:To explore the technique of reducing the puncture of hemoootic and the nursing methods that need to be used in hemodialysis for maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods:52 patients with maintenance hemodialysis were selected,and then we analyzed how to reduce the puncture skill of hemohemodialysis patients and the nursing methods that need to be used in the occurrence of hemohemodialysis.Results:There were 12 cases of mild bleeding,and all of them were effective hemostasis after the treatment.In the process of internal fistula puncture,the use of scientific and rational puncture technique can effectively reduce the infiltration of blood in the process of puncture.When the bleeding occurs,the targeted nursing measures can also prevent the bleeding.Conclusion:The necessary puncture technique and hemooactic care are very important for the maintenance hemodialysis patients with internal fistula puncture,which affects the quality of the whole puncture treatment.
