摘要
目的在经济欠发达地区,通过加强卫生监督服务探究更有效的监管模式,提高医疗机构放射防护水平。方法 2014—2016年,山东省滨州市滨城区卫生监督所每年通过法定程序联系有资质的放射卫生技术服务机构对全区医疗机构的X射线影像诊断项目进行统一检测,根据检测公司出具的检测报告,采用干预性措施,针对放射防护不合格的问题,联系有资质的射线防护工程施工公司统一整改,对设备性能检测不合格的问题,联系有资质的医疗放射设备维修企业统一检修,待所有问题整改完成后再统一检测,并对干预效果进行统计学检验。结果被干预的医疗放射机构各项检测项目合格率随年份显著提高(P<0.0001)。结论在经济欠发达地区,卫生监督机构通过提升服务水平,创新监管模式,有效提高了当地医疗放射机构放射安全水平,提升了放射卫生监督管理工作效果。
Objective The objective of this study is to explore a more effective way to improve the radiological protection conditioninmedicalinstitutesinless-developedregion,byinnovativelyimprovinghealthsupervisionandservice.Method During 2014-2016,the Bureau of Health Inspection and Supervision of Bincheng District contacted the certified radiological service companies to inspectall theX-ray diagnostic imaging equipment in Bincheng District,and according to the results of the inspection,our department contacted the certified radiation protection companies and construction companies to repair the problematic equipment together.After the repair,we contacted the certified companies to do inspection again.We statistically tested the pass rate before and after intervention.Results The pass rate significantly statistically improved after intervention(P<0.0001).Conclusion In less developed area,the health supervision bureau could help to improve the medical radioactive protection safety,as well as the efficiency of health inspection and supervision work,by improving its health service.
