饲粮添加硫酸锌对京红蛋鸡产蛋性能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 本试验通过在基础饲粮中添加不同水平的硫酸锌,研究其对京红蛋鸡产蛋高峰期产蛋性能和组织中金属硫蛋白含量的影响。选择20周龄540只健康产蛋高峰期的京红蛋鸡,随机分为6个组,每组6个重复,每个重复15只鸡。对照组饲喂基础饲粮(含锌25 mg/kg),试验组在基础饲粮中分别添加25、50、75、100和125 mg/kg硫酸锌(以锌计)。预试期2周,正试期24周。结果显示:1)在基础饲粮中添加不同水平的硫酸锌对整个试验期的产蛋率、平均日耗料量、平均蛋重、料蛋比和死淘率均无显著影响(P>0.05);2)在基础饲粮中添加不同水平的硫酸锌显著提高了胸肌中金属硫蛋白含量(P<0.05),但对心肌中金属硫蛋白含量无显著影响(P>0.05);3)二次曲线回归预测,京红蛋鸡饲粮中硫酸锌添加水平为75 mg/kg时,整个产蛋高峰期平均日耗料量最低。结果提示,饲粮添加不同水平硫酸锌对京红蛋鸡产蛋高峰期产蛋性能无显著影响。 The present study evaluated the effects of different supplemental levels of zinc sulfate in basal diet on egg production performance and the metallothionein content in tissues of Jinghong laying hens during peak egg production period.Five hundred and forty 20-week-old healthy Jinghong laying hens were randomly allotted to six groups with 6 replicates per group and 15 hens per replicate.Hens in the control group were fed a basal diet contained 25 mg/kg zinc,and in the experimental groups were fed diets supplemented with 25,50,75,100 and 125 zinc sulfate(calculated by zinc)in the basal diet,respectively.The trial lasted for 24 weeks after 2 weeks of prefeeding.The results showed as follows:1)different supplemental levels of zinc sulfate in the basal diet did not significantly affect the laying rate,average daily feed consumption,average egg weight,ratio of feed to egg and mortality of hens during the whole experiment period(P>0.05).2)Different supplemental levels of zinc sulfate in the basal diet significantly increased the metallothionein content in breast muscle(P<0.05),but had no significant effects on the metallothionein content in heart muscle(P>0.05)of laying hens.3)Based on the quadratic curve regression prediction,the average daily feed consumption was the lowest during the whole period when the zinc sulfate supplemental level was 75 mg/kg.In conclusion,different supplemental levels of zinc sulfate have no significant effects on egg production performance of Jinghong laying hens during peak egg production period.
