摘要
目的探究赛肤润联合3M弹力柔棉宽胶带在无创通气患者鼻面部皮肤护理中的应用效果。方法选取2016年1月~2017年8月我院收治因各种原因需进行无创机械通气治疗的患者66名,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组各33名,对照组患者常规按摩减压护理,观察组在对照组上基础上给予赛肤润联合3M弹力柔棉宽胶带进行鼻面部皮肤护理,比较两组患者压疮发生情况与护理满意度。结果观察组患者出现2例I度压疮患者,对照组出现6例Ⅰ度、2例Ⅱ度压疮患者,观察组的压疮发生率明显低于对照组的(P<0.05),且观察组患者护理满意度与面部受压部位主管舒适度明显优于对照组的(P<0.05)。结论采用赛肤润联合3M弹力柔棉宽胶带对无创通气患者进行鼻面部皮肤护理可有效预防受压部位压疮,并提高患者护理满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of sanyrene combined with 3M elastic cotton tape in the nasal and facial skin care of non-invasive ventilation patients.Methods From January 2016 to August 2017,66 patients with non-invasive mechanical ventilation for various reasons were selected in our hospital.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 33 in each group.The control group was treated with routine massage and decompression nursing.On the basis of the control group,the observation group was given sanyrene combined with 3M elastic cotton tape for nose and facial skin care.The incidence of pressure ulcer and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Two patients in the observation group had degreeⅠpressure sores,while 6 patients in the control group had degreeⅠpressure sores,2 patients had degreeⅡpressure sores.The incidence of pressure sores in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of the patients in the observation group and the comfort level of the facial pressure group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The skin care of non invasive ventilation patients by using sanyrene combined with 3M elastic cotton tape can effectively prevent pressure sore from the pressed part and improve the patient's nursing satisfaction.
