摘要
目的探讨益气活血定悸方治疗心血瘀阻型室性早搏的临床疗效,为进一步开发研究益气活血定悸方的中成药创立科学的理论依据。方法将符合中医辨证为心血瘀阻型的80例室性早搏患者按随机分组法将其分为实验组(n=40)与对照组(n=40),对照组给予阿托伐他汀、阿司匹林等基础治疗并结合美托洛尔治疗,实验组在对照组基础上给予患者益气活血定悸方治疗,两组均常规监测心率、血压、心电图等,共治疗4周,观察两组中医证候积分变化、症状发生率、临床疗效及24h动态心电图变化。结果实验组总有效率为95.00%(38/40),对照组为77.50%(31/40),组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,实验组心悸、胸闷、气短、乏力症状发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,实验组中医证候积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益气活血定悸方治疗心血瘀阻型室性早搏,疗效确切,临床症状缓解,可推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Yiqi Huoxue Dingji prescription in the treatment of ventricular premature beats(heart blood stasis type),to establish a scientific theoretical basis for further research and development of Chinese patent medicines for Yiqi Huoxue Dingji prescription.Methods Eighty cases of ventricular premature beats who were in accordance with the dialectic of traditional Chinese medicine as blood stasis were randomly divided into experimental group(n=40)and control group(n=40).The control group was treated with atorvastatin,aspirin and other basic treatments combined with metoprolol.The experimental group was given Yiqi Huoxue Dingji prescription on the basis of the control group.The heart rate,blood pressure and electrocardiogram were routinely monitored for 4 weeks.The changes of TCM syndrome score,the incidence of symptoms,the clinical effect and the 24 hour dynamic electrocardiogram were observed in the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 95.00%(38/40),which was 77.50%(31/40)in the control group,there were statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05);after treatment,the incidence of palpitation,chest tightness,shortness of breath and fatigue in the experimental group was lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Huoxue Dingji prescription is effective in treating ventricular premature beats with heart blood stasis,and its clinical symptoms can be relieved,so it can be widely applied.
