Objective To study the clinical effect of erythrocin in children with asthmatic pneumonia. Methods Sixty children with asthmatic pneumonia treated from October 2014 to October 2017 in our hospital were selected. The subjects were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group according to the random number table method. The control group took the symptomatic treatment, the study group was treated with erythrocin. The disappearance time of clinical symptoms, clinical effect and adverse reactions of two groups were compared. Results The disappearance time of cough and lung rale and average hospitalization time of control group were longer than those of study group, the relief rate of study group(93.33%)was significantly higher than that of control group(66.67%),the adverse event rate of study group(6.67%)was significantly lower than that of control group(26.67%),the difference was significant,P<0.05.Before treatment, the level of TNF-αand IL-6 of two groups were not significantly different(P>0.05),after treatment, the level of TNF-αand IL-6 of study group were significantly better than that before and that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For children with asthmatic pneumonia, erythrocin can shorten the recovery time of clinical symptoms, improve the anti-inflammation effect, reduce the adverse event rate and promote their growth and development.
