摘要
采用溶剂浸提法、超声波提取法以及超临界二氧化碳萃取法从橄榄叶中提取天然色素,通过正交实验及单因素实验优化了橄榄叶中天然色素提取的工艺条件,讨论了Cu^(2+)、Fe^(2+)、Al^(3+)媒染对织物染色性能的影响,测试了染色织物的耐洗色牢度和耐摩擦色牢度。结果表明,溶剂浸提法的优化工艺为:乙醇体积分数60%,料液比1∶30,温度80℃,时间120 min;超声波提取法的优化工艺为:乙醇体积分数70%,料液比1∶15,超声波功率400 W,时间80 min;超临界CO_2萃取法的优化工艺为:以无水乙醇为夹带剂,压力25 MPa,温度45℃时,时间3.5 h。染色真丝绸的耐皂洗和耐摩擦色牢度均达到服用要求。
The canarium album leaves pigment was extracted by organic solvent extraction,ultrasonic ex?traction and supercritical CO2 extraction.The extraction conditions were optimized by orthogonal and sin?gle-factor experiments.The dyeing performances of silk with mordants such as Cu2+,Fe2+,Al3+was investigat?ed.And the color fastness to washing and rubbing of dyed silk fabric was tested.The optimum extraction con?ditions of organic solvent extraction,ultrasonic extraction and supercritical CO2 extraction were as follows:alco?hol concentration 60%,ratio of solid to liquid 1∶30,extraction temperature 80℃,extraction time 120 min;alco?hol concentration 70%,ratio of soild to liquid 1∶15,ultrasonic power 400 W,time 80 min;anhydrous ethanol as an entrainer,pressure 25 MPa,temperature 45℃,time 3.5 h,respectively.Furthermore,the color fastness to washing and rubbing could meet the serviceability for the use.
