摘要
针对复杂环境下消防横渡救援的支点架设难题,设计了一种便携式单向快速收绳绞盘装置。采用具有倒刺结构的滑轮组,达到收紧锁死绳索的目的,实现绳索的张紧功能。通过对收绳机构的受力分析,结合有限元方法对收绳机构的关键零件进行了静强度分析及结构改进优化。结果表明:单向快速收绳绞盘装置满足使用强度要求,可以用于消防救援现场。
In order to solve the difficult problems of setting up sup-port points of fire crossing rescue in complex environment,a porta-ble unidirectional fast-tighten rope device was designed.The pul-leys assembly with a barbed structure were used to achieve the ten-sioning function by tightening and locking rope.Based on the force analysis of the rope collection mechanism,the static strength anal-ysis and structural optimization of the key parts of the rope collec-tion mechanism were performed by using the finite element meth-od.The analysis results showed that the portable unidirectional fast-tighten rope device could satisfy the intensity requirements and can be used in fire rescue scenes.
