摘要
介绍济南分公司3Mt/a石蜡自动成型装置液氨储罐内部焊缝出现的裂纹,对裂纹情况进行原因分析,确定了腐蚀开裂的原因,提出了裂纹修复措施和避免氨应力腐蚀的防治措施。
This paper introduces the cracks in the internal welding seam of 3Mt/a paraffin automatic forming device of Sinopec Jinan Branch.And it analyzes the causes of the cracks and finally finds out the main reasons of corrosion cracking.The measures of crack repair and prevention of ammonia stress corrosion also have been proposed in the paer.
