摘要
西宁城市"绿芯"位于西宁环状核心发展区的核心,具有构筑城市生态安全格局,解决城乡二元矛盾,增加城市休闲游憩空间及保护和传承乡土文化的多重功能。该规划以生态修复为核心,通过生态敏感性分析,构建区域生态安全格局,点线面结合综合修复棕地、水系沟道、森林植被等生态环境。在生态修复的基础上适度发展生态产业,以生态农业、生态旅游和美丽乡村建设为主导,严格控制建设用地,保障"绿芯"绿的本质。
Xining city green heart is located in the Xining loop core development zone,with the multiple functions of constructing city ecological security pattern,solving the contradiction between urban and rural areas,increasing city leisure and recreation space and protecting and inheriting local culture.Ecological rehabilitation is the core of the plan,through the ecological sensitivity analysis,constructing regional ecological security pattern,ecological environment comprehensive remediation of brownfields,combined with the point river channel,forest vegetation etc.Ecological industry develops appropriately on the basis of ecological restoration.The construction of ecological land,ecological tourism and beautiful countryside should be taken as the leading factors,and the construction land should be strictly controlled so as to ensure the essence of green heart.
