摘要
中医学是一门具有极强实践性的学科,而在中医各学科中中医内科学是为中医药培养人才的重要环节,同时是将中医理论与临床实践相结合的课程,其中培养学生辨证论治思维是本学科的教学重点,其本质也就是让学生在中医基础理论的指导下,运用四诊合参方法,再结合患者的症状体征,综合分析、归纳从而达到诊断出病症的过程。目前虽然中医内科学有较多的教学方法,但作为中医学一个关键的学科,其课堂的讲授效果却不尽如人意,这种教学方式往往导致大部分的同学并不能真正地掌握辨证论治的思维以及各个病种的特点。标准化病人教学作为中医内科学的一个最接近真实临床的方式,能够更快地让学生贴近临床,了解临床,而标准化病人的培养则是此教学方法成败的关键,我们团队相信通过上述模式培养出的标准化病人能够更好地达到提高教学质量的目的。
Traditional Chinese medicine is a highly practical discipline,and in the various disciplines,internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine is an important link for cultivating talents of Chinese medicine,at the same time is combining traditional Chinese medicine theory and clinical practice of curriculum.The syndrome differentiation and treatment of training students thinking is central to the teaching of the subject.Its essence is to let the students under the guidance of the basic theory of TCM,apply four diagnostic parameter methods,coupled with the patient's symptoms and signs,comprehensive analysis and induction to diagnose the disease process.There are many internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine teaching methods at present,but as a traditional Chinese medicine one of the key disciplines,the classroom teaching effect is not satisfactory,this kind of teaching methods often lead to most of the students didn't really grasp the thinking of syndrome differentiation and the characteristic of the various diseases.Standardized patient teaching as one of the most close to the real internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine clinical way,to let students quickly clinical press close to,understand the clinical,and the cultivation of the SP patients is a key of success or failure in this teaching method.We believe that the above model produce SP can better achieve the purpose of improving teaching quality.
