摘要
目的探讨国产多西他赛单药治疗晚期乳腺癌的疗效及安全性。方法选取我院(2010年1月—2016年12月)收治的70例晚期乳腺癌患者为研究对象,观察本组患者临床疗效和安全性。结果本组患者末次随访时间为2017年6月8日,疗效评价,9例PD,30例SD,31例PR,ORR为44.29%(31/70);CBR为51.43%(36/70);DCR为87.14%(61/70)。疾病进展时间为5.8~7.2个月,中位时间为6.5个月。国产多西他赛的主要不良反应为血液毒性,比例为72.86%,均经过对症处理后恢复。结论国产多西他赛可以作为晚期乳腺癌长期治疗方案,若不可耐受大量糖皮质激素,可考虑减量。
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of domestic docetaxel monotherapy in the treatment of advanced breast cancer.Methods 70 patients with advanced breast cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2010 to December 2016 were selected as the research subjects to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of this group.Results The final follow-up time was June 8,2017,the efficacy evaluation,9 cases of PD,30 cases of SD,31 cases of PR,ORR 44.29%(31/70),CBR 51.43%(36/70),DCR 87.14%(61/70).The TIP time was 5.8~7.2 months,and the median time was 6.5 months.The main adverse reaction of domestic docetaxel was hematological toxicity,the ratio was 72.86%,all recovered after symptomatic treatment.Conclusion Domestic docetaxel can be used as a long-term rescue treatment plan for advanced breast cancer.If we cannot tolerate a large number of corticosteroids,should consider the reduction.
