摘要
目的探讨选用规则性肝段或肝叶切除术治疗复杂性肝内胆管结石的效果。方法对在我院行规则性肝段或肝叶切除术的43例患者(试验组)和行非规则性肝断或肝叶切除术的43例患者(对照组)进行临床资料的回顾性分析。比较其临床治疗效果。结果试验组治疗总有效率比对照组高,且试验组的术中出血情况、结石清除率以及并发症发生状况均优于对照组(P<0.05)。讨论对肝内胆管结石患者,实施规则性肝段或肝叶切除术效果良好,而且安全性高,在切除病变组织的同时,尽可能保留正常组织,对肝的影响较小。
Objective To explore the effect of regular hepatic segment or hepatic lobectomy in the treatment of complicated intrahepatic bile duct stones.Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical data was performed in 43 patients(experimental group)regular hepatic segment or hepatic lobectomy and 43 patients with irregular liver or lobectomy(control group).The effect of clinical treatment was compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the intraoperative bleeding,stone clearance rate and the incidence of complications in the experimental group were all better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with hepatolithiasis,regular hepatic segmental or lobectomy is effective and safe,while preserving the normal tissue while preserving the normal tissue,which has little effect on the liver.
