摘要
矿业城市在中国的经济发展中占据主要地位,矿产资源日益枯竭成为制约矿业城市经济社会发展最严峻的挑战。从服务产业转型的视角重新开发利用矿业废弃土地是矿业城市实现可持续发展的必然趋势。本文以门头沟区为例,分析了门头沟转型为北京"生态涵养发展区"的发展潜力,在总结分析国内外矿业城市矿业废弃土地再利用模式的基础上,提出了门头沟产业转型背景下矿业废弃土地利用开发模式和战略,为转型城市矿业废弃地的开发利用提供了借鉴。
Mining cities occupy a dominant position in China s economic development.However,the depletion of mineral resources is becoming the most severe challenge to economic and social development in mining cities.It is an inevitable trend for mining cities to achieve sustainable development that redevelopment and utilization of mining wasteland from the perspective of service industry restructuring.Taking Mentougou district as an example,this paper analyzes the development potential of Mentougou s transition to Beijing s“ecological conservation and development zone”,and proposes the exploitation mode and strategy of mining abandoned land under the background of Mentougou industrial restructuring on the basis of summarizing and analyzing the mode of recycling mining abandoned land in mining cities at home and abroad.It provides a reference for the development and utilization of urban mining abandoned land.
