摘要
采收、贮藏、运输3个环节对于鲜食桃的果实品质、商品价值,有重要的影响。通过对鲜食桃主产区进行调研,针对这3个环节中存在的问题进行总结分析,并提出发展建议。
There are important impact to the quality and value of fresh peach in the presses of harvest storage and transport.Problems and Improvement Suggestions were put forward after the research in the main producing region.
