摘要
在现代密集型企业中,采用穿楼层智能提升货柜,能够充分利用厂房高度在最小占地面积上实现最大的存储空间,实现自动化存取,并能够实现货物的传输,从而提高空间利用率,减少人力搬运,提高工作效率。本文描述了如何采用上位机+PLC的控制方式,利用OPC通讯方式,实现穿楼层多出货口智能提升货柜的控制功能、管理功能等系统功能,并保证设备运行的稳定性和高效性。
In modern dense enterprises,the intelligent lifting cabinet system between floors can fully uses the high space of the workshop.The equipment can use less space to make more storage space.It can also achieve auto-storage and transfer goods.So this equipment can increase the utilization of space,reduce human handling and improve work efficiency.This article describes how to realizes the system control functions and management functions of intelligent lifting cabinet for multiple operating platforms between floors using control mode of upper computer+PLC with OPC communication mode.
