摘要
为破解拆迁难题,在对莆田市征迁情况进行调研的基础上,客观全面地分析了莆田市征迁存在的困难和问题,针对性地提出了具有全局性和可操作性的建议和对策。
In order to solve the problems of demolition and relocation,based on the investigation of the city’s relocation,this paper objectively and comprehensively analyze the difficulties and problems existing in the relocation of Putian City.It also proposesoverall and the feasible suggestions and countermeasures.
