摘要
目的:对高压氧结合康复训练及针刺综合治疗脑卒中吞咽障碍效果进行探讨。方法:将医院收治的脑卒中吞咽障碍患者78例作为临床研究对象,随机分为研究组(n=39)及对照组(n=39)。两组患者均给予常规治疗,对照组在此基础上实施康复训练,研究组联合高压氧及针刺治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果。结果:治疗后,两组患者吞咽功能评分均存在一定幅度下降,但研究组水平要低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组总有效率(94.87%)要高于对照组(74.36%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高压氧结合康复训练及针刺综合治疗脑卒中吞咽障碍可发挥协同作用,进一步提升治疗效果。
Objective:To discuss the effect of hyperbaric oxygen combined with rehabilitation training and acupuncture on the dysphagia of stroke.Methods:78 patients with the dysphagia of stroke treated in hospital as the clinical study object.The patients in both groups were given routine treatment.On this basis,the control group was treated with rehabilitation training,and the study group combined hyperbaric oxygen and acupuncture,compared the treatment effect between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the score of swallowing function of the two groups decreased to a certain extent,but the level of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group(94.87%)was higher than that of the control group(74.36%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hyperbaric oxygen combined with rehabilitation training and acupuncture can play a synergistic effect on the dysphagia of stroke,which can further improve the therapeutic effect.
