摘要
目的:研究多元化教学模式在外科学总论教学中的应用问题。方法:在临床七年制医学生外科学总论教学过程中,分组(班)分别运用多元化教学模式与传统教学模式教学,通过期末考试及问卷调查形式对比评价多元化教学模式效果。结果:多元化教学实验组学生基础理论知识、实践操作得分均高于传统教学对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),问卷调查结果显示学生对外科学总论采取多元化教学模式满意度较高。结论:在外科学总论教学中运用多元化教学模式具有较明显优势,可显著提高教学质量。
Objective:To explore the advantages of Multi-dimensional modelsin general surgery teaching.Methods:Comparisons are conductedin general surgery on seven-year program medical studentsusing Multidimensional models teaching method and the traditional teaching method(LBL)respectively,comparing the teaching effect though the final examination and the questionnaire survey.Result:The basic theory knowledge and the operation comprehensive score in experimental group were higher than the control group,differences have statistical significance(P<0.05).Survey shows that the satisfaction of students using Multi-dimensional models teaching method is higher in general surgery teaching.Conclusion:Multi-dimensional models in general surgery teaching has more obvious advantages,it can significantly improve the quality of teaching.
