摘要
结合深圳市龙岗区的实际案例,就轨道建设、TOD理念、城市更新三者之间的关系进行了分析,尝试探索一种以TOD统筹为方法论的模式。在轨道建设之初,对周边城市更新进行协调统筹,对政府、企业及社会利益进行协调,并基于深圳市现有政策与开发模式,试图提出以促进TOD理念落地为目的的政策争取与模式探索。
In this paper,the relationship among rail construction,the concept of TOD and city renewal is analyzed.Combined with the actual case of Longgang,Shenzhen,the author wants to discuss a pattern which commands the rural work by TOD unit.With this pattern,the government,the enterprises and social interests could be coordinated in the city renewal at the beginning of the construction.Meanwhile,based on the existing policies and the development mode of Shenzhen,the author tries to put forward to a further policy and mode which could lead to the implementation of the concept of TOD.
