摘要
在煤制乙二醇合成工艺中,CO羰化偶联制草酸二甲酯,过程控制因素较多,故有必要对研究和探讨其反应机理及过程。介绍了CO羰化偶联合成草酸二甲酯反应机理,分析了反应过程的影响因素,并结合生产实践,得出了在生产操作过程中温度、CO浓度、亚硝酸甲酯(MN)浓度,杂质H2、NH3、O2对反应的影响程度与控制要求,从而对生产起到指导作用。
In the process of coal-to-ethylene glycol synthesis,there are many control factors during by CO carbonyl coupling into dimethyl oxalate.So it is necessary to study and explore its reaction mechanism and process.The reaction mechanism of CO carbonyl coupling into dimethyl oxalate was introduced and combining with the production practice experience,the influencing factors of the reaction process were analyzed,and the influence degree and control requirement of temperature,CO concentration,methyl nitrite(MN)concentration,impurity H2,NH3 and O2 on the production process were obtained,so that it can play a guide the production.
