5年生江南油杉优树子代生长差异分析与选择 被引量:2

Analysis of Growth Differences and Selection of 5-year-old Elite Trees in Progeny Test Forest of Keteleeria fortunei var. cyclolepis

摘要 对福建省大田梅林国有林场江南油杉(Keteleeria fortunei var.cyclolepis)优树子代测定林的生长特征进行调查,结果表明:28个5年生江南油杉优树子代树高为2.09~3.49 m,胸径为1.58~4.21 cm,单株材积为0.000 476~0.004 061m3。不同江南油杉优树子代的胸径和单株材积差异达到了极显著水平,而树高之间的差异则达到了显著水平。不同江南油杉优树子代的树高、胸径和单株材积表型变异系数分别为20.15%、36.01%和76.48%。通过聚类分析和生长比较,将28个家系分为优、良、中、差和极差5个类别。初步认定7号为表现优秀的家系,其树高、胸径和单株材积的平均遗传增益分别达到4.26%、14.72%和80.16%;1、5、2、4、9、8、2 2号等7个家系的树高、胸径和单株材积的平均遗传增益分别为1.31%、6.88%和28.58%,初步认定为表现良好的家系。 A survey of the growth characteristics of elite trees in progeny test forest of the Keteleeria fortunei var.cyclolepis was conducted in the Datian Meilin State-owned Forest Farm in Fujian province.The results showed that tree height of 28 5-year-old seedlings of K.fortunei var.cyclolepis was 2.09~3.49 m,and the DBH was 1.58~4.21 cm,and the individual volume was 0.000 476~0.004 061 m3.The differences of DBH and individual volume of K.fortunei var.cyclolepis were extremely significant,while the differences between tree height were significant.The phenotypic coefficients of variation of tree height,DBH and individual vol?ume were 20.15%,36.01%and 76.48%,respectively.By cluster analysis and growth comparison,28 fami?lies were divided into 5 categories:excellent,good,medium,bad and extremely bad.No.7 was preliminari?ly identified as an excellent family,and the average genetic gains of tree height,DBH and individual volume reached 4.26%,14.72%and 80.16%,respectively.1,5,2,4,9,8,22 were initially identified as good families,and the average genetic gains of tree height,DBH and individual volume reached 1.31%,6.88%and 28.58%,respectively.
