摘要
秀丽隐杆线虫(Caenorhabditis elegans)是一种以细菌为食的自由生活的线虫,1963年Sydney Brenner首次把C.elegans作为模式生物用于研究动物神经发育,C.elegans已经成为研究动物发育、神经、衰老、脂肪沉积和天然免疫等方面重要的模式生物。近年来,以C.elegans作为病原菌宿主模型来研究病原菌与宿主相互作用逐渐成为了一个新的研究方向,在病原菌致病的分子机制和宿主天然免疫等方面取得了可喜的进展。论文综述了近年来C.elegans模型在病原菌致病分子机制和宿主天然免疫信号通路的研究进展。
Caenorhabditis elegans is a free-living nematode that feeds on bacteria.In 1963,Sydney Brenner began research into neuronal developmen of C.elegans,which has since been extensively used as a model organism.Now,C.elegans has become an ideal model organism to study animal development,nerve,aging,fat deposition,innate immunity and so on.In recent years,researchers have begun to investigate interaction of pathogens and hosts using C.elegans as host model.Great progress has been made in the molecular mechanism of pathogens and innate immunity of the host.This article summarized the recent advances in molecular mechanism of pathogens and innate immunity of the host using C.elegans as host model.
