摘要
本文通过研究实行党费收缴制度过程中党组织与党员尤其是知识分子党员之间的矛盾冲突的解决方式、途径,分析高校基层党组织如何在新形势下具体地实施民主集中制,如何处理与党员尤其是知识分子党员的关系。
Through discussion of the historic and contemporary regulation of membership dues payment and its relation to democratic centralism,the author tries to explore the effective mechanism for Party organization.As an observer and participant researcher,the author,a CPC member,and currently a commissary at a lower branch,will report on how democratic centralism is performed currently,and how Communist Party of China maintains its relationship with its intellectual members.
