摘要
应用社会支持量表、自我评价量表、职业决策自我效能感量表,对241名在校大学生进行调查,探讨大学生的社会支持、自我评价与职业决策自我效能感的关系。结果表明,不同性别的大学生在自我评价、社会支持中主观支持维度上存在显著性差异。大学生社会支持与职业决策自我效能感呈显著性正相关,大学生自我评价与职业决策自我效能感不存在显著性相关。
To explore the relationship between social support,self evaluation and career decision-making self-efficacy of 241 college students.The result showed there was significant difference in self-evaluation and social subjective support between different genders,and there was positive correlation between social support and career decision-making self-efficacy.Self evaluation and career decision-making self-efficacy of college students have no significant relationship.
