摘要
营改增后抽水蓄能项目常用的甲供材料管理模式明显不适应法规要求,对其优化探索具有迫切性。该文通过总结分析以往存在问题,对甲供物资管理模式提出了甲控乙供乙管的优化探索模式,为抽水蓄能项目甲供物资管理提供了重要参考。
After business tax is converted to VAT,the management mode of Party A-supplied materials commonly used in pumped storage projects is obviously not adapted to the requirements of the regulations,and it is urgent to explore its optimization.By summarizing and analyzing the past problems,this paper puts forward an optimized mode for the management of Party A-supplied materials,providing an important reference for the management of materials of pumped storage projects.
