摘要
针对型钢混凝土(SRC)地下综合管廊的上部组合板结构,提出了一种新型PBL抗剪连接件。采用有限元软件Abaqus对传统PBL抗剪连接件和3组不同螺柱数量的新型PBL抗剪连接件的型钢混凝土组合板进行加载数值模拟,将得到的挠度、荷载—滑移量进行对比分析。结果表明:设置不同螺柱数量的新型PBL抗剪连接件的型钢混凝土组合板相比较传统PBL抗剪连接件的组合板,结构极限承载力提高了10%~12%,抗剪承载力提高了12%~14%。分析发现螺柱数量的增加对组合板的极限承载力和抗剪承载力的提高影响较小,并确定组合板中新型PBL抗剪连接件螺柱数量为5个。
A new type of PBL shear connector is proposed for the upper composite slab of SRC underground pipe gallery structures.The SRC composite plates with the traditional PBL shear connectors and 3 new types of PBL shear connectors(with different numbers of studs)are simulated by the finite element software Abaqus,and the deflection and load鄄slippage are compared.The results show that the ultimate bearing capacity and shear capacity of the SRC composite plate with the new PBL shear connectors increased by about 10%to 12%and 12%to 14%,respectively.It is found that the increase of the number of studs has no significant influence on the ultimate bearing capacity and shear capacity of the SRC composite plate.The number of studs for the new type of PBL shear connectors is suggested to be 5.
