摘要
随着信息化技术的不断发展,计算机管理技术已在人们的生产、生活中得到较为广泛的应用,其不仅可以提高工作效率,还可以节省纸质资源,便于相关数据的检索。笔者研究办公计算机管理系统设计的特点和功能,旨在推动办公计算机设备管理系统的开发,并将其应用到企事业单位的日常管理工作中,发挥信息化技术的管理优势。
With the continuous development of information technology,computer technology has been widely used in people's life and production,which not only can improve the work efficiency,but also can save paper resources and facilitate the retrieval of relevant data.The author studies the features and functions of office computer management system design,aims to promote the development of office computer equipment management system,and applies it to the daily management work in enterprises and institutions,plays the advantages of information technology management.
