摘要
为了满足小颗粒状危化品自动化包装流水线安全、可靠、稳定、连续、高效生产作业的要求,分析危化品双层包装袋内层袋第一次扎口完成后双层包装袋袋口的形态和相对空间位置,提出并建立内层袋第二次扎口装置的工作原理、技术参数和结构模型,进而得出双层包装袋内层袋第二次扎口装置的设计方案。
In order to meet the requirements of the automated packaging line for small-particle hazardous chemicals for safe,reliable,continuous and efficient production,the working principle,technical parameters and structure model of the device for secondary tying of inner bag mouth were proposed and established by analyzing the shape and relative space position of the mouth of double-ply packaging bag after completion of the first time tying of inner bag of double-ply packaging bag of hazardous chemicals,and further the design scheme of the device for secondary tying of inner bag mouth of the double-ply packaging bag was obtained.
