18例喉及喉咽癌^(18)F-FDGPET/CT征象分析与体会 被引量:1

Analysis and experience of the ^(18)F-FDG PET/CT manifestations of 18 cases with laryngeal carcinoma and hypopharyngeal carcinoma

摘要 目的分析喉及喉咽癌的PET/CT征象,探讨其诊断价值。方法收集2014年10月~2017年2月经我院病理确诊的喉及喉咽癌19例,对其PET/CT征象进行回顾性分析。结果 19例喉及喉咽癌中,喉鳞癌11例,喉低度恶性间叶源性肿瘤1例,喉咽部鳞癌7例。PET/CT表现为喉腔、会厌部或咽部软组织肿块伴代谢增高者10例,一侧声带病变伴代谢增高者3例,喉腔壁增厚伴代谢增高者2例,一侧梨状窝病变伴代谢增高者2例,喉咽壁代谢增高者1例,图像结果为阴性者1例。平均最大标准化摄取值(SUVmax)为(13.5±7.1)。结论 PET/CT对喉及喉咽癌具有较高的诊断价值,值得临床推广与应用。 Objective To analyze PET/CT manifestations of laryngeal carcinoma and hypopharyngeal carcinoma and to discuss its diagnostic value.Methods We collected PET/CT findings in 19 patients with laryngeal carcinoma and hypopharyngeal carcinoma proved pathologically from October 2014 to February 2017,and retrospectively analyzed the PET/CT manifestations.Results In this 19 cases,there were 11 cases of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma,1 case of laryngeal malignant tumors of leaf and 7 cases of squamous cell carcinoma of larynx.PET/CT manifestations presented with laryngeal cavity,epiglottis or pharyngeal soft tissue in 10 cases who were complicated with metabolism increased.There were 3 cases of unilateral vocal cord lesions with increased metabolism,2 cases of laryngeal cavity wall thickening and increased metabolism,2 cases of unilateral piriform fossa lesions with increased metabolism,1 case of hypopharyngeal wall metabolism increased,and 1 case was false negative image.The mean maximal standard uptake value(SUVmax)was(13.5±7.1).Conclusion PET/CT has higher diagnostic value of laryngeal and hypopharyngeal carcinoma,which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
