摘要
目的:探讨胃镜直视下取出上消化道复杂异物的方法与疗效。方法:选择59例上消化道异物患者的临床资料,分析治疗过程及疗效。结果:59例上消化道异物患者中,有56例通过内镜顺利钳取成功,成功率95%。3例患者因异物镶嵌紧密、位置特殊或疑似穿孔等原因内镜下未取出,转外科手术治疗,异物取出后症状缓解明显,均无穿孔、上消化道大出血等并发症。结论:对于上消化道复杂异物,胃镜下异物取出术快速有效,可以减少并发症,提高成功率,应作为首选方法。
Objective:To investigate the method and efficacy of extraction complicated foreign bodies in upper gastrointestinal tract from endoscopic brushing.Methods:To select the clinical data of 59 patients with upper gastrointestinal tract foreign bodies(They are prisoners in Ankang Hospital),and analyze the treatment process and curative effect.Results:in upper gastrointestinal tract for 59 patients,Foreign bodies were successfully removed from 56 patients with a success rate of 95%,and no complications such as perforation,upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage.Because of Foreign body inlaid closely,the placement or suspicious perforation and so on,foreign bodies did not remove in three patients to surgical treatment.Conclusion:Taking out complicated foreign bodies by gastroscope can reduce the complications and improve the success rate.It should be as the preferred method.
