摘要
为了降低黏土、水泥、水玻璃和磷酸盐等传统结合剂对镁质中间包轻质涂料的负面影响,以重烧镁砂为主要原料,纸纤维和有机纤维为防爆剂,采用树脂复配SiO_2微粉为结合剂,研究复合结合剂加入总量为4%(w)时二者复配比例对镁质轻质涂料力学性能和流变性能的影响。结果表明:当试样烘后体积密度均为(1.50±0.02)g·cm^(-3)时,随着树脂加入量(质量分数分别为0、1%、2%、3%和4%)的增加(SiO_2微粉等量减少),试样经110℃烘后的耐压强度从1.0 MPa大幅增至6.4 MPa,但经1 500℃高温烧后的耐压强度从11.4 MPa降至7.0 MPa;添加树脂和SiO_2微粉,均能提高料浆的黏度和屈服应力,尤其是在3%(w)的树脂与1%(w)的SiO_2微粉复配时,料浆具有最强的触变性能,将有利于中间包涂料的喷涂和施工作业。
In order to reduce the negative effects of traditional binders such as clay,cement,water glass,and phosphate,the light-weight coating mixes were prepared using dead-burnt magnesia as the main starting material,paper fiber and organic fiber as anti-exploders,and resin + SiO_2 fume as mixed binder.The effect of the mass ratio of resin to SiO_2 fume on mechanical performance and rheological property of light-weight coating mixes were studied as their total amount is kept at 4. 0 mass%. The results show that,when the bulk densities of all specimens after dried keep at( 1. 50 ± 0. 02) g·cm^(-3),with the resin addition increasing( 0,1%,2%,3% and 4%,by mass),the cold crushing strength of specimens dried at 110 ℃ increases from 1. 0 to 6. 4 MPa,while the cold crushing strength of specimens heated at 1 500 ℃ decreases from 11. 4 to 7. 0 MPa; adding resin and SiO_2 fume can improve the viscosity and yield stress of the slurry,especially when the mass ratio of resin to SiO_2 fume is 3 1,the maximum thixotropic properties of the slurry can be achieved,which is beneficial for gunning and construction of coating mixes for tundish.
