摘要
LED可见光通信作为一种新型的高速无线通信方式,其技术正在全球范围内迅速发展。本文通过检索全球LED可见光通信专利数据,进行专利申请态势和技术两方面的分析,了解全球专利的申请趋势、申请国家、申请人及技术分布;以日本中川研究所为重点分析单位,深度分析其专利申请态势及重点技术;并对中国该技术目前所处的优劣境况进行客观分析,提出了可行性建议。
As a new,high-speed wireless communication method,LED visible light communication is rapidly developing worldwide.In this paper,by retrieving the global patent data of LED visible light communication,we analyze the situation,tendencies and technologies of the patent application,and therefore we have a good understand of the application trends,the application countries,the applicants and the technology distribution.In addition,we set Nakagawa Laboratories as an important applicant,make a thorough analysis on its application trends and key technologies.Ultimately,we put forward some feasible suggestions based on the objective analysis of LED visible light communication technology in China.
