摘要
目的探讨化疗联合中医药治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌患者的临床效果。方法选取2014年3月至2016年7月接受治疗的晚期非小细胞肺癌患者66例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组。对照组采用多西他赛+顺铂(DP)或吉西他滨+顺铂(GP)持续化疗,试验组采用化疗联合中医药治疗。对比两组临床治疗效果和预后情况。结果试验组总有效率为45.2%,对照组为32.3%,差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.0877,P=0.2970);两组最为多见的不良反应是白细胞计数降低,其次为血小板计数降低以及胃肠道反应,试验组上述不良反应发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组中位疾病无进展时间为5个月,对照组为7个月,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对晚期非小细胞肺癌患者进行化疗联合中医药治疗,患者的不良反应发生率低,中位疾病无进展时间短,临床上可根据患者的自身意愿进行治疗。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of chemotherapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)for advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Methods From March 2014 to July 2016,66 patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer in our hospital were selected,and assigned into control group and experimental group by random number table method.The control group was treated with docetaxel+cisplatin(DP)or gemcitabine+cisplatin(GP);The experimental group was treated with chemotherapy treatment and TCM treatment.The clinical therapeutic effect and prognosis of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 45.2%,and that of the control group was 32.3%;The total effective rates of the two groups were compared,and the difference was not statistically significant(χ2=1.0877,P=0.2970).The most common symptom in the two groups was leukocyte reduction,followed by thrombocytopenia and gastrointestinal reactions.The incidence rates of leukocyte reduction,thrombocytopenia and gastrointestinal reactions of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of no progression in the experimental group was 5 months,that in the controlgroup was 7 months,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For advanced non-small cell lung cancer patients,chemotherapy treatment combined with TCM treatment adverse reaction rate is low,time of no progress in the middle of the disease is short,and the disease can be treated according to the patient's own wishes.
