摘要
针对教育设施—黑板擦使用过程中费时费力及粉尘产生等问题,设计了一种无尘自动擦黑板装置(不同黑板覆面装置),通过CATIA对此装置进行了三维结构的设计,并阐述其结构组成及基本工作原理。通过ADAMS对装置作相关分析,使得设计装置达到成本低、耐用、结构简单、快速、无尘等特点,其中无尘的实现有利于师生的身体健康和教室环境的清洁。
In view of the problem of using the ordinary blackboard eraser time-consumingly and the dust production,an automatic dust-free clean the blackboard device(different blackboard with wrapping device)was designed in three-dimension by CATIA.This paper explains its structure composition and the basic working principle.The device was analyzed by ADAMS and achieves the characteristics of low cost,durability,simple structure,rapid and dustless.Moreover,the realization of dust-free of which is beneficial to the health of teachers and students and the cleaning of classroom environment.
