摘要
目的:总结基层医院红斑狼疮的初发症状以及早期对疾病的误诊因素。方法:收治系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者6例,对所有患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:6例患者分别被误诊为类风湿关节炎、皮肤过敏、肝豆状核变性、再生障碍性贫血、感染性疾病、原发性肾小球肾炎。结论:基层医院的医生对系统性红斑狼疮的认识具有片面性,警惕性不高,仅通过实验室检查容易造成误诊,尤其是男性患者、小儿患者和老年患者更容易误诊。
Objective:To summarize the primary symptoms of lupus erythematosus at the primary level and the early misdiagnosis factors of the disease.Methods:6 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus were selected,and we made a retrospective analysis of the clinical data of all patients.Results:6 patients were misdiagnosed as rheumatoid arthritis,skin allergy,hepatolenticular degeneration,aplastic anemia,infectious diseases and primary glomerulonephritis.Conclusion:Doctors in grass-roots hospitals have a one-sided understanding of systemic lupus erythematosus.They are not vigilant.It is easy to cause misdiagnosis only through laboratory examination,especially in men,children and elderly patients.
