摘要
目的:探讨华蟾素联合化疗治疗晚期结肠癌的临床疗效。方法:收治晚期结肠癌患者68例,随机分组。对照组采取"FOLFOX4"治疗方案,观察组采取"FOLFOX4+口服华蟾素"治疗方案,对比治疗效果。结果:对照组治疗总有效率(50%)低于观察组(64.7%),P<0.05。对照组生活质量改善率(32.4%)低于观察组的(41.2%),P<0.05。对照组恶心,呕吐及白细胞减少发生率高于观察组(P<0.05)。结论:华蟾素联合化疗治疗晚期结肠癌具备显著的临床效果。
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of cinobufotalin combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced colon cancer.Methods:68 patients with advanced colon cancer were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups.The patients in the control group were treated with"FOLFOX4"treatment.Patients in the observation group were treated with"FOLFOX4+oral Chinese cinobufotalin".The effect of treatment was compared.Results:The effect of clinical treatment in the control group(50%)was lower than that of the observation group(64.7%),P<0.05.The improvement rate of quality of life(32.4%)in the control group was lower than that of the observation group(41.2%),P<0.05.The incidence of nausea,vomiting and leukocyte reduction in the control group was higher than that in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of cinobufotalin combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced colon cancer has significant clinical effect.
