摘要
全科医学是目前最能体现新的医学模式的一门综合性临床医学学科。全科医疗是整合了许多学科领域的知识和技能于一体的临床专业技术服务,也是现阶段世界各国公认的基层医疗的最佳医疗服务模式。目前我国面临日益严重的人口老龄化以及"看病难、看病贵"的问题,居民需要更方便、经济的医疗服务。全科医疗建设是维护居民健康、降低医疗费用最有效的措施,也是实现人人享有卫生保健目标的重要途径。纵观国内外,解决我国目前的医疗难题,家庭医生签约是最佳选择之一,然而自推行以来该签约的实施存在着许多困境,本文就其现状进行简要论述,以期为全科医学的发展提供一点参考意见。
General medicine is a comprehensive clinical medicine which can most reflect the new medical model at present.General practice is a clinical professional technology service which integrates many disciplines and knowledge and skills.It is also the best medical service mode recognized by the world at the present stage.At present,China is facing an increasingly serious problem of population aging and the problem of"difficulty in seeing a doctor and expensive doctor".Residents need more convenient and economical medical services.General medical construction is the most effective measure to safeguard residents'health and reduce medical expenses,and also an important way to achieve the goal of health care for all.Review domestic and international development,to solve the current medical problems in China,family doctor contract is one of the best choices.However,since the implementation of the contract,there are many difficulties in the implementation of the contract.This paper briefly discusses its current status,so as to provide some reference for the development of general practice.
