摘要
目前,我国正在积极推广猪肉激光灼刻标识和电子出证工作。为实现猪肉全程精准追溯,提高监管效率,河南省提出了将屠宰企业生猪屠宰管理系统,利用激光灼刻、RFID设备等,通过互联网与动物检疫电子出证系统连接的总体构想,并设计了技术路线和具体的关联流程,以及必要的软硬件环境。同时,还提出了相关的运行保障措施。
At present,China is actively promoting the identification of pork with laser mark and the electronic animal health certificate issuing technology.In order to achieve accurate traceability of pork throughout the entire process and to improve the supervision efficiency,by using the laser marking and RFID equipment,and with the help of the Internet,an overall conception of connecting the management system of pig slaughtering in factories with the electronic animal health certificate issuing system was proposed.Then the technical route and the specific procedures were designed,as well as the necessary hardware and software devices.Meanwhile,some related countermeasures for operating the conception were put forward.
