新型荧光传感器的合成及其对Al^(3+)的特异性识别

摘要 为了准确、方便地检测3价铝离子(Al^(3+))的含量,合成了具有酰腙基团的简单化学传感器2-羟基-1-萘甲醛草酰二腙(BHNOD);新型化学传感器BHNOD以酰腙基团作为结合位点,萘基作为荧光信号组,以结合Al^(3+)作为荧光开启反应;考察了传感器的水溶性,及其他金属离子、溶液pH、温度等对传感器的影响。结果表明:该传感器具有一定的水溶性,且与Al^(3+)络合后有很好的稳定性;相比于其他金属离子,该传感器对Al^(3+)表现出高的灵敏性和选择性,对Al^(3+)检出限为1.6×10^(-7)mol/L;溶液pH在5.5~7.5之间时,传感器与Al^(3+)络合后有较强的荧光强度,检测温度与时间对传感器的荧光强度几乎没有影响。 To detect the content of Al 3+accurately and conveniently,a simple chemosensor bis(2-hydroxy-1-naphthaldehyde)oxaloyldihydrazone bearing an acylhydrazone group was synthesized.The new chemosensor beared an acylhydrazone group as binding site and naphthalene group as the fluorescence signal group,which was combined with Al 3+as a fluorescence to open the reaction.The water solubility and the effect of other metal ions,solution pH and temperature on the sensor were researched.The results show that the sensor has a good water solubility and stability.Fluorescence spectra show the high sensitivity and selectivity to Al 3+in water and dimethyl sulfoxide mixed media compared to other metal ions,and the limit of detection for Al 3+is 0.16μmol/L.When pH of solution is between 5.5 and 7.5,the sensor has strong fluorescence intensity after chelating with Al 3+.The detection temperature and time have little effect on the fluorescence intensity of the sensor.
