摘要
目的对集束化护理措施在难免压疮患者护理中的应用方式以及效果进行详细探究。方法方便选取该院2016年8月—2017年8月收治的126例难免压疮患者参与该次研究,根据入院顺序分组,对照组69例、观察组57例。对于对照组患者,采用常规护理措施;对于观察组患者,采用集束化管理措施。对两组患者压疮发生率以及该次护理效果进行统计和比较。结果观察组患者中,Ⅰ期压疮患者3例,压疮发生率5.26%;对照组患者中,可疑的深部组织损伤3例,Ⅰ期压疮患者5例,Ⅱ期压疮患者4例,压疮发生率17.39%,组间差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.378,P<0.05)。结论集束化护理管理在降低难免压疮患者实际压疮发生率方面效果显著,值得推广应用,以切实提升临床压疮预防水平,减少患者的痛苦。
Objective This paper tries to explore the application and effect of cluster nursing in the nursing of patients with pressure sore.Methods 126 cases of inevitable pressure sores conveniently admitted to the hospital from August 2016 to August 2017 participated in this study.According to the order of admission,69 cases in the control group and 57 cases in the observation group.For the patients in the control group,the routine nursing measures were adopted,and the cluster management measures were adopted for the patients in the observation group.The incidence of pressure sore in the two groups and the effect of this nursing were analyzed and compared.Results The patients in the observation group,3 cases of patients,the incidence of pressure ulcer was 5.26%;the control group of patients,3 cases of suspected deep tissue injury,5 cases of patients,4 cases of bedsore of patients,the incidence of pressure ulcer was 17.39%;The difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.378,P<0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion Cluster nursing management is effective in reducing the incidence of pressure sores in patients with pressure sore.It is worthy of popularization and application to effectively improve the level of clinical pressure sore prevention and reduce the pain of patients.
