摘要
目的对枸地氯雷他定片联合玉屏风胶囊治疗过敏性鼻炎效果进行分析。方法方便选取该院2015年6月—2017年6月间收治的过敏性鼻炎患者102例,随机分为对照组(n=51)及研究组(n=51)。对照组采取枸地氯雷他定片治疗,研究组在此基础上联合玉屏风胶囊治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果治疗前,两组患者过敏性鼻炎主要症状总积分差异无统计学意义(t=0.056,P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者症状总积分均有一定幅度下降,但研究组症状总积分要低于对照组(t=6.062,P<0.05)。研究组总有效率为96.08%,要高于对照组82.35%(χ~2=4.993,P<0.05);研究组复发率5.88%要低于对照组19.61%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.320,P<0.05)。结论枸地氯雷他定片联合玉屏风胶囊治疗过敏性鼻炎效果较优,可有效控制病情。
Objective This paper tries to analyse the curative effect of Yupingfeng Capsule combined with Desloratadine Citrate Disodium Tablets on allergic rhinitis.Methods 102 patients with allergic rhinitis treated in this hospital from June 2016 to June 2017 were convenient selection and randomly divided into the control group(n=51)and the study group(n=51).The control group was taken Desloratadine Citrate Disodium Tablets,and the study group was given the treatment of Yupingfeng Capsule on the basis of control group.The therapeutic effect of two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the total score of the main symptoms of allergic rhinitis in the two groups(t=0.056,P>0.05).After treatment,the total score of the two groups decreased to a certain extent,but the total symptom score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(t=6.062,P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 96.08%,which was higher than that of the control group 82.35%(χ2=4.993,P<0.05),and the recurrence rate of the study group(5.88%)was lower than that of the control group 19.61%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.320,P<0.05).Conclusion Desloratadine Citrate Disodium Tablets and Yupingfeng Capsule in the treatment of allergic rhinitis has better effect which can effectively control the condition of the disease.
