摘要
目的探讨高密度毛发移植技术用于治疗瘢痕性脱发的疗效。方法方便选择2014年2月—2015年6月期间收治的76例瘢痕性脱发患者作为该次研究对象,均实施高密度毛发移植技术治疗,术后随访6~24个月,观察临床疗效、满意度及并发症发生情况。结果治疗优良率为94.74%(72/76);患者满意度为97.37%(74/76);并发症发生率为1.32%(1/76)。结论应用高密度毛发移植技术治疗瘢痕性脱发疗效确切,患者满意度与安全性高,值得临床推广。
Objective This paper tries to observe the efficacy of high density hair transplantation in treatment of cicatricial alopecia.Methods 76 patients with cicatricial alopecia admitted into this hospital from February 2014 to June 2015 were convenient selected,and they were treated with high density hair transplantation.During postoperative follow-up with 6~24 months,the clinical efficacy,satisfaction and complications were observed.Results The curative effective rate was 94.74%(72/76);the satisfaction of patients was 97.37%(74/76)and the incidence of complications was 1.32%(1/76).Conclusion High density hair transplantation in treatment of cicatricial alopecia is effective,and it has high satisfaction of patients and safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
