摘要
为保证大型相控阵雷达设备安装和维修作业的顺利,在方案设计时,一般会在雷达阵面前方安装一部阵面维修机构。阵面维修机构在总体布局上有两种典型的结构形式:一种是导轨沿阵面宽度方向,上下布局,称为横向式;另一种是导轨沿阵面高度方向,左右布局,称为纵向式。文章通过比较和实际应用研究,认为纵向式阵面维修机构更符合工程实际,并给出关键结构和安全性设计要点。
In order to ensure the smooth installation and maintenance of large phased array radar equipment,in the project design,Generally,a front maintenance mechanism is installed in front of the radar array.There are two typical structural forms in the overall layout of the array surface maintenance mechanism:one is the guide rail along the direction of the width of the array plane,the upper and lower layout,known as the transverse type.The other is the guide rail along the direction of the height of the array surface,the left and right layout,called the longitudinal type.Through comparison and practical application,this paper thinks that the longitudinal array maintenance mechanism is more in line with the engineering practice,and gives the key structure and safety design key points.
