摘要
目的分析儿科护理管理运用风险防范式护理的效果。方法随机从2016年9月—2017年9月择取患儿126例进行分析,将患儿按照入院顺序分为护理组和对照组,各63例,对照组实施一般护理管理,护理组则实施风险防范式护理管理,对比满意率和护理质量。结果护理组满意率优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05),对照组的护理质量低于护理组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论在儿科护理中实施风险防范式护理管理能够提升护理质量,同时获得良好的满意度,值得运用和大力推广。
Objective To analyze the effect of risk prevention nursing in pediatric nursing management.Methods 126 children were randomly selected from September 2016 to September 2017.According to the order of admission,the children were divided into nursing group(63 cases)and control group(63 cases).The control group carried out general nursing management,while the nursing group implemented risk prevention nursing management.Results The satisfaction rate of the nursing group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the nursing quality of the control group was lower than that of the nursing group(P<0.05).Conclusion Implement risk in pediatric nursing.The preventive nursing management can improve the quality of nursing,and obtain good satisfaction.It is worthy of being applied and popularized.
