摘要
目的分析探讨影响喉镜无菌消毒质量的因素,优化喉镜的消毒质量。方法随机选取100例近期在该门诊接受过纤维鼻咽喉镜检查的患者,并将患者检查使用的喉镜随机分为两组,每组50例,设置为实验组与对照组。其中对照组使用医院常规的消毒流程来处理;实验组的喉镜消毒流程严格遵守内镜的清洗消毒操作规范,在整个过程中观察喉镜消毒的合格率差异以及HBs Ag的阳性率差异。结果实验组经过严格的强化管理后,喉镜的消毒合格率相对对照组较高,同时在HBs Ag阳性率上,实验组经过强化管理,相对对照组明显降低(P<0.05)。结论强化管理对于喉镜检查的无菌原则消毒具有积极作用,可以有效提高消毒质量。
Objective To analyze and discuss the factors affecting the quality of laryngoscope sterilizing and optimize the quality of laryngoscope disinfection.Methods A total of 100 patients who had undergone fiber nasopharyngoscope examination in the outpatient department were randomly selected,and the laryngoscope examined by the patients was randomly divided into two groups,50 in each group,which were set up in the experimental group and the control group.The control group was treated by routine disinfection process in hospital.The laryngoscope disinfection process in the experimental group strictly followed the endoscopic cleaning and disinfection operation specification,and the difference between the qualified rate of laryngoscope disinfection and the positive rate of HBsAg were observed throughout the whole process.Results After the strict management,the qualified rate of laryngoscope in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group.At the same time,the positive rate of HBsAg,the experimental group was strengthened by management,and in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening management has a positive effect on sterilizing the sterilizing principle of laryngoscopy,and can effectively improve the quality of disinfection.
