摘要
目的:分析髂静脉压迫综合征CT影像解剖基础及分型诊断。方法:选择2016年1月~2017年1月本院接收的53例髂静脉压迫综合征患者,依据CT表现分组:甲组(18例单纯髂静脉压迫综合征),乙组(25例腰椎退变相关型髂静脉压迫综合征),丙组(10例其他原因髂静脉压迫综合征);同时选同期52例健康人(参照组),比对4组诊断效果。结果:乙组CT征象当中:12例椎体前缘骨赘,9例椎间盘前凸,4例下腰椎脱落;4组CT征象对照,有差异性(P<0.05)。结论:对各种类型的髂静脉压迫综合征展开临床诊断时,予以CT诊断的效果明显,具有较高的临床诊断价值。
Objective:To analyze the anatomical basis and classification of CT images of the iliac vein compression syndrome.Methods:A total of 53 patients with iliac vein compression syndrome received at our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected and grouped according to CT performance:group A(18 cases of pure iliac vein compression syndrome),group B(25 cases of lumbar vertebrae withdrawal Change-associated iliac vein compression syndrome),group C(10 cases of other causes of iliac vein compression syndrome);concurrent selection of 52 healthy people in the same period(reference group),compared to 4 groups of diagnostic effects.Results:Among the CT signs of group B:12 cases of anterior vertebral osteophytes,9 cases of lordosis,and 4 cases of lower lumbar vertebrae detachment;4 groups of CT signs were contrasted(P<0.05).Conclusion:The CT diagnosis of the various types of iliac vein compression syndrome is very effective and has a high clinical diagnostic value.
