摘要
疲劳荷载作用下的植筋构件往往因为疲劳损伤发生没有明显征兆的脆性破坏,并且对建筑结构造成灾难性的破坏,为了研究植筋梁疲劳损伤情况,进行了5根植筋深度为20 d、25 d和30 d(d为植筋的直径)的植筋梁受弯试验,通过对比裂缝发展规律、材料应力应变曲线以及残余变形,分析了不同植筋深度和不同频率疲劳荷载作用下植筋梁破坏现象以及混凝土、植筋等材料的力学性能.结果表明:植筋深度越大植筋梁的力学指标越好;疲劳损伤集中形成于疲劳加载10万次左右,加固植筋端头或者较低频率的疲劳荷载可以减轻植筋梁的疲劳损伤.
Under the action of fatigue load,the planting tendons tend to have brittle damage without obvious signs due to the fatigue damage,and the disaster damage of the building structure.To study the fatigue damage of the planting bar,5 beams with the depth of 20d,25d and 30d(d is the diameter of steel bar)were tested under bending load.By comparing the law of crack development,stress-strain curve and residual deformation,we study the mechanical properties of the concrete,planting bar and the damage behavior under different depth of the anchorage and different frequency fatigue load.The results show that the greater the depth of the bar,the better the mechanical index of the bar;fatigue damage concentrated to appear after the fatigue load 100,000 times or so.Therefore,strengthening the end of the anchorage or reducing the fatigue load can reduce the fatigue damage of the bar.
