摘要
目的:观察Vibringe声波根管冲洗器联合次氯酸钠对根管内粪肠球菌的杀灭效果。方法:将粪肠球菌感染根管模型75个随机分成3组(n=25),从每组中各随机抽取15个样本作为基线对照:其中5个用于扫描电镜观察,另外10个用于检测不同深度根管壁中的细菌数;各组其余的10个样本按相应分组分别进行如下处理:(1)实验组用Vibringe声波根管冲洗器+52.5 g/L次氯酸钠冲洗根管;(2)阳性对照组用注射器+52.5 g/L次氯酸钠冲洗根管;(3)阴性对照组用注射器+生理盐水冲洗根管。处理结束后分别采集各组样本的根管壁表面试样和牙本质小管不同深度处(0~100、100~200、200~300μm)的碎屑进行细菌培养计数,比较各组的细菌减少率。结果:实验组和阳性对照组对根管壁表面和牙本质小管不同深度处(0~100、100~200、200~300μm)的细菌清除率均超过99%,分别高于阴性对照组(P<0.05);实验组与阳性对照组相比,牙本质各层的细菌清除率均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:Vibringe声波根管冲洗器+52.5 g/L次氯酸钠能有效清除根管内不同深度牙本质中的粪肠球菌,但与注射器+52.5 g/L次氯酸钠相比无明显优势。
AIM:To observe the antimicrobial effect of Vibringe sonic root canal irrigator combined with sodium hypochlorite on Enterococcus faecalis(E.faecalis)in root canal.METHODS:75 single-rooted human teeth infected with E.faecalis were randomly divided into 3 groups(n=25).From each group,5 samples were observed by scanning electron microscope,10 teeth were randomly selected and the dentin bacterial counts at different depths(0~100,100~200,200~300μm)were measured and served as baseline data.The other 10 samples in each group were respectively treated with the Vibringe+52.5 g/L sodium hypochlorite(group A),syringe+52.5 g/L sodium hypochlorite(group B)and syringe+normal saline(group C).At last,the samples of root canal wall at different depths inside dentin tubules were collected.The bacterial reduction rates of each treatment were compared among groups and analyzed by one-way ANOVA.RESULTS:On the surface and at different depths inside dentin tubules,the bacteria clearance was more than 99%in group A and B,significantly greater than that in group C(P<0.05);group A vs group B,P>0.05.CONCLUSION:Vibringe root canal irrigator+52.5 g/L sodium hypochlorite can effectively eliminate E.faecalis on the surface and at different depths inside dentin tubules,but it does not show obvious advantages to traditional syringe irrigation of 52.5g/L sodium hypochlorite.
