优化高效液相色谱法对水产品中4种氟喹诺酮类药物残留的检测 被引量:11

摘要 为同时测定水产品中4种氟喹诺酮类药物(环丙沙星、恩诺沙星、诺氟沙星、沙拉沙星)的残留量,对高效液相色谱法进行优化,样品采用酸化乙腈提取,正己烷脱脂。结果:采用流动相2 mL进行洗脱,流动相乙腈∶四丁基溴化铵溶=7∶93,4种氟喹诺酮类药物在0.001~0.1μg/mL线性关系良好,相关系数均>0.999;在10~40μg/kg加标浓度下,回收率为72.40%~83.68%,相对偏差(RSD)为1.30%~6.94%。结果表明:优化后的方法回收率高,重复性和分离效果好,能够用于水产品中氟喹诺酮类药物残留检测。 In order to determine the residual amount of 4 fluoroquinolones residues including ciprofloxacin,enrofloxacin,norfloxacin and ciprofloxacin in aquatic products,the HPLC method was optimized.Samples were extracted with acidified acetonitrile and degreased with n-hexane.The results showed that the mobile phase 2 mL machine-elution,the optimized mobile phase acetonitrile∶tetrabutylammonium bromide dissolved=7∶93 had good linearities in the ranges of 0.001~0.1μg/mL with the correlation coefficients of more than 0.999.The recoveries were 72.40%~83.68%with relative standard deviations in the range of 1.30%~6.94%at 10~40μg/kg spiked concentration.The optimized method has high recovery rate,good repeatability and separation effect,which can be used for the detection of fluoroquinolone residues in aquatic products.
